Turbine inspection and overhaul
Our mechanics and project managers are among the most experienced in the industry, having performed 1-year and 3-year minor overhauls and 5-year major overhauls on turbines of all sizes from various manufacturers and industries.
A PM Inspection may include cleaning, lubrication, oil changes, adjustments, part replacement and repairs on equipment such as:

Coupling inspections can prevent equipment failure, resulting in reduced periods of downtime and lower rebuild costs. Coupling are disassembled, cleaned, inspected, re-lubricated and reassembled with all findings documented for the customer’s records
The goal of predictive maintenance (PdM) is to predict when equipment failure might occur and to prevent equipment failure by performing corrective maintenance. Our Reliability Engineer is a certified ISO Category III Vibration Analyst, certified Level II Infrared Thermographer and certified Machinery Lubrication Technician Level I.
Using the VibXpert Portable Vibration Analyzer and OmniTrend Analysis Software we can build your database, create vibration routes and provide a complete vibration report with corrective actions. We also perform Acceptance Testing to ensure new or rebuilt equipment meets your specification.
With the FLIR E60 Infrared Camera and FLIR Tools Plus Analysis Software we can build the database, create infrared routes, and provide a complete infrared report with corrective actions for electrical or mechanical equipment.
