Precision Maintenance

installationand repair

We utilize Assembly Best Practices to put your equipment in a Precision State.

Precision alignment

Our certified alignment technicians perform laser alignments using the Rotalign Pro Laser Alignment system for shaft alignments and the DotLine Pulley Laser Alignment Tool and the VibrAlign Belt Hog Laser Belt Alignment Tool for sheave alignment.

Precision Balancing

Balancing of rotating equipment is done to ISO 1940 Balance Quality standards using the VibXpert Portable Vibration Analyzer’s field balancing program.

 

 

Preventative Maintence

Preventive maintenance involves the regular inspection of equipment where potential problems are detected and corrected in order to prevent equipment failure. Proper preventative maintenance can really extend the life of equipment and in many instances save a lot of time and money.

 

Turbine inspection and overhaul

Our mechanics and project managers are among the most experienced in the industry, having performed 1-year and 3-year minor overhauls and 5-year major overhauls on turbines of all sizes from various manufacturers and industries.

PM inspections

A PM Inspection may include cleaning, lubrication, oil changes, adjustments, part replacement and repairs on equipment such as:

  • Industrial fans and blowers
  • Fluid drives and gearboxes
  • Pumps (vertical and horizontal)
  • Sleeve and rolling element bearings

Coupling inspection

Coupling inspections can prevent equipment failure, resulting in reduced periods of downtime and lower rebuild costs. Coupling are disassembled, cleaned, inspected, re-lubricated and reassembled with all findings documented for the customer’s records

 

 

 

Predictive Maintenance

The goal of predictive maintenance (PdM) is to predict when equipment failure might occur and to prevent equipment failure by performing corrective maintenance. Our Reliability Engineer is a certified ISO Category III Vibration Analyst, certified Level II Infrared Thermographer and certified Machinery Lubrication Technician Level I.

Vibration analysis

Using the VibXpert Portable Vibration Analyzer and OmniTrend Analysis Software we can build your database, create vibration routes and provide a complete vibration report with corrective actions. We also perform Acceptance Testing to ensure new or rebuilt equipment meets your specification.
 

 

INFRARED analysis

With the FLIR E60 Infrared Camera and FLIR Tools Plus Analysis Software we can build the database, create infrared routes, and provide a complete infrared report with corrective actions for electrical or mechanical equipment.
